Next Unit Owners’ meeting with Trustees is Wed., May 28, at 9:00 AM in the Clubhouse.
Window boxes in the common areas are looking bright and beautiful, being refreshed and replanted. Thank you, Beautification Committee! Up next, the entrance beds.
The pool is set to open Friday, May 23! Resident-led aerobics are every Monday, Wed. and Friday.

Upcoming Board Meetings: 9AM on 11/17 and 12/7 in the Clubhouse. Residents welcome!
Roofing project is ahead of schedule.
Fall landscape cleanup will be finished before Thanksgiving, and snow stakes will be in place by Dec. 1.
New garage lights go on at dusk and off at dawn. Remember to leave the switch on!
Fall Appreciation
So much appreciation for the landscape team, who keep the entrance and post office looking so welcoming!
It may look like Fall, but feels like late summer. Second summer is the best!
New Roofs and Special Assessment
Installation of the new roofs has started and special assessments to cover the
costs will be due on November 15th.

Windchime’s Annual Meeting
The annual meeting was held on June 22nd. It was announced that Mike MacDonald, the Mercantile Property Manager responsible for Windchime, was resigning to move to AZ. Bob Linney is the new PM.
Discussion centered around the upcoming need to replace roofs. The Board is still meeting with vendors and getting quotes, and discussing options to finance the project.
The results of the vote to increase the size of the Board did not pass, so it will remain at the current five members. New Board members are Keith Allen, Sheila Dynan, Kathleen Egan, Karen Kingsley, and Bev O’Connell.
