September Windchime Book Club
The September 6th meeting of the Windchime Book Club was lively and focused, as “Go as a River” by Shelley Read and “Demon Copperhead” by Barbara Kingsolver were discussed. What a doubleheader!
Book Club
The Windchime book club enjoyed a lively discussion of “The Confidante”, by Christopher Gorham, on 6/21 at the Clubhouse. None of us had ever heard of Anna Rosenberg, the amazing woman who held many positions of responsibility in the Federal government during World War II and the Korean War. The GI Bill was her inspiration; it changed the lives of so many, in such important ways.
Book Club
Book Club continues to meet on the third Wednesday of the month. We had a lively discussion about “The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo” by Taylor Jenkins Reid last week.
The selection for April is “The Passenger” by Cormac McCarthy.
We meet at 7:00 PM in the clubhouse, please join us!
